Robert’s practice focuses on the representation of Businesses, Executives and Boards of Directors in the Healthcare industry. He has advocated for and counselled Executives, Businesses, Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Clinics, Insurance Companies and Banks in adversarial proceedings as well as transactions.
Private Investor
Robert Agresta is the principal of Agresta Acquisitions. Agresta Acquisitions manages a private portfolio of assets including real estate, consumer retail and technology properties.
Vitae
Robert is a licensed attorney in New York, New Jersey, Wyoming and Washington, DC. He holds an MBA (EMBL-HSG) from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, a Juris Doctor (JD) from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University.
He is a dual-citizen of Italy and the United States and speaks English, Italian, German and Spanish. Robert is a Young Leader with the American Swiss Foundation where he served member of the Board of Directors through 2021.
Elected at 25 as one of the youngest public officials in the State of New Jersey, Robert also served as a publicly elected Councilman and Council President in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
Robert is a named Inventor on two published United States patent applications and is a licensed private pilot. He is presently pursuing his interests in glider flight and is an avid skier. He also successfully hiked the 800 kilometer Camino de Santiago across northern Spain entirely on foot.
